社会学博士，法国巴黎-萨克雷高等师范学校（ENS Paris-Saclay）,社会经济历史动态制度研究所（I.D.H.E.S）。博士论文主题为：Marché du logement et construction d’une société de propriétaires--Le cas de Shanghai（住宅市场的建构与业主社会的形成——以当代上海为例）。上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院博士后,研究内容为上海住房租赁市场(2015年1月至2017年7月)。
学术兴趣:住房产权及租赁市场,业主-租户群体，封闭社区,士绅化,全球城市住宅政策,职住关系。
